چکیده
Oxytropis microphylla (Pall.) DC. is a traditional Tibetan medicine used as an external preparation for clearing heat and detoxification, healing sore muscles, astringent vein hemostasis, defecation, treating plague, constipation, anthrax, swollen painful furuncles. It remains challenge to comprehensively analyze identify the chemical constituents of In this study, new analytical method using combination ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) effective data mining techniques was established microphylla. A total 127 compounds were identified in O. extract, including 92 flavonoids, 15 indole alkaloids, 20 others. After oral administration extract rats, 22 metabolites plasma. The primary vivo metabolic reactions that occurred after glucuronidation sulfation. Therefore, we successfully devised high-efficiency distinguish it source post-study active biological components extract.
